Discuss with your students the importance of setting goals for themselves. Help them develop goals that will challenge them without frustrating them. Help them come up with steps and actions they can take to achieve their goals. A data collection page is also included for each goal so they can monitor and track their own progress, encouraging responsibility, accountability, and self reflection.

The digital version is included as a link in the last page of the printable pdf. These print in black and white, two per page to save paper and ink.
