Every time a child exhibits a desired behavior, you use a paper punch to make a hole in the card. When all of the holes in the card are punched, the child gets a reward. It is easy to differentiate your classroom behavior management because each child can have their own punch card with their own individualized goals and incentives.

School counselors or behavioral specialists can use these cards to help children work towards goals. They are also great for home use as rewards for doing chores, potty learning or finishing homework.

I know how crazy supply drop off/meet the teacher/open house can be for a teacher. Parents and students are coming and going, they want to talk to you, or they want to know what to do with their stuff, or where to find things. A few years ago I created stations to guide my parents and students around my room to drop off their supplies. Every time a child exhibits a desired behavior, you use a paper punch to make a hole in the card. When all of the holes in the card are punched, the child gets a reward. It is easy to differentiate your classroom behavior management because each child can have their own punch card with their own individualized goals and incentives.

School counselors or behavioral specialists can use these cards to help children work towards goals. They are also great for home use as rewards for doing chores, potty learning or finishing homework.
