Introducing our "Mindfulness Mandala Coloring Page" – a wonderful tool to help our students embrace mindfulness and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness. This thoughtfully designed mandala coloring page is more than just an art activity; it's a gateway to mindfulness and emotional exploration.

As a teacher, I understand the importance of nurturing our students' well-being and providing them with tools to navigate the challenges they may face. That's why I'm excited to offer this "Mindfulness Mandala Coloring Page" as an extra assignment to encourage our students to consider mindfulness.

The captivating mandala design is created to capture their attention and transport them to a world of tranquility and creativity. Through coloring, students can find a moment of respite from the demands of their studies and immerse themselves in the present moment.

Order up! This adorable activity puts a focus on gratitude and thankfulness - perfect for the fall season! "Spice" it up and instruct students to decorate their "personalized order" anyway that they'd like. You could do so much with this activity - incorporate life skills by asking students to order their own drink, intertwine creativity by asking them to incorporate their own special ingredients into their drink, and then, of course, "fill it up" with all of the things that they are grateful and thankful for! So sweet and fun! This would also make a cute bulletin board as well.

If you are looking for a fun, engaging, and interactive activity for your elementary students - this is for you!! This activity gets students working together, up and moving around, while they also practice perseverance, self-control, patience, and so much more! Add academic questions to each of the "snowballs" that they must answer to finish the race and watch all of the learning happen! So. Much. Fun!

"Kind or Trash" gives a fun new outlook on discussing kind vs unkind actions for younger elementary students. While the discussion is great, this activity also gets them up and moving and looking forward to their turn! This activity had my classes engaged through the entire lesson and it created great conversation as well! This resource is a great book companion to “The Color Monster.” Students will have the opportunity to engage in four different activities. 

Activities included: 

1. Writing prompt: Students will identify how they’re feeling and why.

A "Pocket" Full of Kindness - An SEL Activity that focuses on kindness and the idea that you can take it with you wherever you go and "pull it right out of your back pocket" as the saying goes!! This activity is great for younger elementary students who are getting an introduction to all things kindness and all of the different ways that they can show kindness to others! For this activity, you will need string and scissor to help make it the most successful! My students LOVED being able to put their very own pocket together! I love the hands-on lessons as much as they do!
