This is an EDITABLE 3" x 3" Post-It Note Templates that are re-usable.

In this download, I have included step-by-step directions on how to print on Post-It notes on the template. A template for the 3" x 3" square-sized sticky notes is included and is EDITABLE for you to use while creating your own printable post-it note designs.

These post-it note templates can be used for motivational inspiration for your class/children, or any way that you feel your class/children would need support and guidance.

An eco-map is often used an assessment tool in clinical mental health settings, but can be a beneficial SEL activity for social awareness. This exercise can be modified for small children all the way through adults.

The graph asks the participant to picture their social life as an ecosystem where they are at the center. In the blank space around them they can write in all of their formal and informal social ties and resources they have. (For younger children I suggest offering the option to draw the people in their life!) For further reflection, the participant can then add a + to signify if the person/resource is a positive part of their life, a - to signify if the person/resource is a negative part of their life, or write +- to signify a give and take relationship.

I use this worksheet along with social awareness lessons to encourage students to think about who they can ask for help from, who they have as supports, or reflect on relationships. It also allows you to gain insight into your students' life and resources outside of the classroom.

This worksheet challenges students to use perspective taking skills and answer questions about someone they care about. Students are prompted to answer about the feelings/preferences of someone they know, the thoughts behind why they feel that way, and to look for something in common (thoughts, experiences, motivations) between themselves and this person.

This worksheet aims to give students a chance to practice "stepping in to someone else's shoes" and extending their understanding of that persons experience.

Are you looking for an easy way to improve student behaviors? This is a fun, easy, print and go activity.

I use the secret missions with my students. Simply print the packet, cut out, and post the missions in your room (be sure to cover each mission with a "secret mission" card".

Then the magic begins. Each morning during your morning meeting time chose a kiddo to uncover a mission. Discuss the mission, the importance of it, what it looks like. I generally have a secret task force who also watches for the behaviors. Then when your children are "caught" they earn a party point/tally/ball (whatever reinforcer you use) for your class. Currently my kids are working to earn hot chocolate with toppings.

"Building" a safe, healthy, and happy learning environment starts with the people that we share it with! A "Pocket" Full of Kindness - An SEL Activity that focuses on kindness and the idea that you can take it with you wherever you go and "pull it right out of your back pocket" as the saying goes!! This activity is great for younger elementary students who are getting an introduction to all things kindness and all of the different ways that they can show kindness to others! For this activity, you will need string and scissor to help make it the most successful! My students LOVED being able to put their very own pocket together! I love the hands-on lessons as much as they do!

Know Your Impact Activity (High School)

"Caught Ya Being Respectful" is a fun and engaging activity that not only gets students talking about being respectful and what that looks like, but it also encourages them to make connections of people (that they know and often admire!) that are showing respect around them as well! This activity includes everything needed for your next classroom lesson on respect, including two worksheets (Wanted Poster and Bonus Activity!) as well as different ideas that you can do with the finished products! My students LOVED this and it was fun for our teachers to see the outcome as well. We got a lot of learning and laughs out of this activity!

Bring having a growth mindset and positive perspective to life with this activity! It is fun for the whole class and they get a great reminder to take with them! This activity comes set with everything you need to discuss and demonstrate having a growth mindset, perspective taking, and holding a positive point of view. It also pairs nicely with the short story (Rosie's Glasses), but can be used as a stand alone activity as well!

Talk about "which view would you choose" and then have students color away! Depending on the amount of time you have, have students cut out their glasses and glue the rectangles together, or use it as a fun take home follow up activity!

An absolute favorite for my students (and myself!) This activity not only brings fun energy to the classroom, but creates creative thinking opportunities and works on accepting losses and encouraging others. It is a great way to review different subjects or topics as well, while also adding in some fun! 10 pages of different categories are provided, as well as blank cards to add your very own categories!! Resource is ready to use upon download - enjoy!

Fun for all ages - my students LOVE playing Minute to Win It games with one another. Who doesn't love a little fun and movement during this busy time of year!! These activities are also a great way to bring classmates together, add healthy competition, and work on showing patience and encouragement to others.
