They may reflect on how the statement connects to their own lives, share a personal experience related to it, or elaborate on their thoughts concerning its importance in greater detail.

▶️ Variation #2: This Anticipation Guide worksheet format includes a list of statements accompanied by columns for "AGREE," "DISAGREE," and "COMMENTS." Students are instructed to read each statement and mark either "AGREE" or "DISAGREE." There is ONE Toxic Behavior Self-Assessment included in this resource. Students will assess their likelihood of engaging in toxic behaviors and interactions with others by scoring the statements using the following scale: 2 for “Regularly,” 1 for “Occasionally,” and 0 for “Never.”

The purpose of taking a toxic behavior self-assessment is to gain self-awareness and insight into their tendencies and behaviors that may be considered toxic. It allows them to reflect on their actions, thoughts, and responses in various situations.
