One staff member chooses a person (whose name is not crossed out yet) and writes them a compliment on one of the pages. They then cross their name out of the list so that people are not doubling up! Simple write them a compliment and give the book to them! And this continues until all the teachers/ staff give and receive a like and admire compliment! Everything you need to implement this program is included. Simply print, bind or put into a folder and you are ready to implement!
