Students must solve both sides to see if both equations have the same answer. They will record their answers as True/False on a recording sheet. Set 2: These rings contain number bonds on both side. The first number bond is correct. The second number bond may or may not be correct. Students must determine if the second number bond is true or false and equal to the first number bond. Set 3: These rings contain number problems and number bonds and students must determine if the equation and the number bond are equal. If they are, then they will mark True on their answer page. While this set is listed for the 1st grade level, it can easily be adapted for use in a Kindergarten setting when introducing one more and one less concepts. Each set has several levels of difficulty and are differentiated to help reach all students where they are in their learning.

Set 1: This set has number cards for find one more of numbers less than 20. Students are to draw the number then add one more. Then they are to fill in the addition problem and the number bond to match what they drew. This set of cards has two difficulty levels, represented in the amount of the equation already filled in.

Set 2: This set has number cards for find one more of numbers more than 20, up to 100. Students are to draw the number (using base ten block pictures) then add one more.
