• Mini Lesson / Guided Practice / Do Now: You can use 1-2 scenarios to teach/show students the difference between a Growth Mindset and a Fixed Mindset, or you can use them as a launch activity to prepare students for an upcoming lesson.
• Role-Playing: Students can collaborate in pairs or groups to act out a variety of scenarios and demonstrate the differences between a fixed mindset and growth mindset. Role-playing activities can be used to expose students to the variety of ways they can approach situations with a growth mindset. This activity can ultimately improve confidence, communication, and assertiveness skills.
• Icebreaker: This can be a great way to start a meeting, training session, or team-building activity. It’s also a great way to get students to get to know each other and buy into the purpose of an upcoming activity or lesson.
• Play Writing Exercise: Students can work in groups to create skits or scenes then perform the skit for the class.
• Writing Response: Students can be given a scenario to read and then write their responses. Students can switch papers with a partner who then reads their responses and determines whether they agree/disagree with their responses/approaches to these real-life scenarios.
• Discussion: Students can discuss the Fixed vs. Growth Mindset Task Cards in groups or whole class. They can discuss things like “What would you do?”, “Why would you do that?”, and “What are some other ways you can approach this situation with a growth mindset?”

Get ready for Back To School with this Mixed Money Pack! Functional money skills such as counting and identifying money to make purchases are critical to successful daily living. Do your students need additional support identifying money, matching dollar amounts to currency and make purchases using the "next dollar up" method? This Functional Math Task Box Matching Set gives students in Autism, Special Education, and Primary K-2 Classrooms practice with IEP goals and math skills in counting from one to ten (1-10).

This set provides 3 types of task box matching activities for students to practice counting from one to ten (1-10) and matching numbers to corresponding images of the same number. Each activity has a prompt and no prompt version for all levels of learners in your classroom.

This is a paper based, SPRING themed resource. Products featured are Spring related: gardening tools, spring sports equipments, rain boots, umbrella , etc.

This resource is designed to expose students to a variety of real-world shopping situations. Students are given a prices on products and are asked to look at the money provided and determine if they have enough money. Students will also be asked look at the price of real products and identify the correct amount of money needed. Students will also calculate totals of multiple items

How to use this product:

•Print out and have students complete as a worksheet/ workbook.

•Print & laminate for repeated use for fast finishers.

•Project pages onto the board to complete as a class. Have students take turns coloring or circling the correct amount of money.

•Project pages onto board and have student use the cut out or laminated money to present the correct dollar up amount needed for each question.
