This product focuses on the following areas: managing stress, what is stress, what are stressors, how you manage stress, how you identify stressors, the effects of stress on the body, healthful stress - what it is and example, harmful stress - what it is and example, how to manage stress - identify the signs, identify the cause, do something about the cause of stress, and take action to reduce the harmful effects of stress. Students have opportunities to complete short answers based on personal experiences they have had with stress, stressors and the four 4 ways to manage stress. At the end of the packet, students can complete a review independently with help. Students can fill in the blanks with the correct answer and complete multiple choice questions.
