• Shakespearean Insult Generator: Shakespeare's characters are exceptionally creative in their elaboration of insults. Indeed, some scholars have suggested that the insults in Shakespeare's plays amount to their own education in wit. If your students are sufficiently mature, you could use this exercise to invite them to generate their own original Shakespearean insults. (2 pages)

Sentence diagramming is so helpful when teaching students parts of speech and sentence structure. The repetitiveness of diagramming for a bell ringer is extremely beneficial for students. I tried grammar workbooks for years, but my students hardly retained anything. Daily sentence diagramming made them remember their parts of speech, and was an amazing foundation for my students to have when we started forming different types of sentences. Engage your intermediate level Spanish students with these entertaining reading activities and comprehension questions! These no-prep activities would be great for students who are practicing childhood, families, and holiday vocabulary and includes the grammar concepts of imperfect and preterite vs imperfect.

'Cuando era niña' is a fun story about Lina and Marta and their time in daycare. One day, the girls run into trouble with the class pets! This story would also work well for any unit over childhood activities and toys or working with the grammatical structure of the imperfect tense.

'El cumpleaños de mi abuela' is about Mateo at his grandmother's birthday party. Everything is going fine, until it's time to cut the cake! This story would also work well for any unit over family, holidays and celebrations. It contains the grammatical structure of preterite vs. imperfect.

This Look Book Project is great to use at the end of the Elements of Design Unit or it can be a continuous working activity for students to work through as you cover each element throughout your unit.

Use: It can be uploaded to google classroom or any other platform that students can access to work on a google slides template.
