AP Spanish Exam Test Prep Review Charts For Each Unit 3 Versions
By Specialty Spanish
AP Spanish® teachers, make Back To School a breeze! Plan ahead for review for the AP Spanish® Exam! These review charts are working documents in which students can write the essential questions and notes about all the sources you examine in class. You can assign digitally in Google Classroom or print these charts. These attractive graphic organizers make a perfect, personalized study guide for the cultural comparison, or any type of unit assessment you may give in class!
These charts are easily customizable for both teacher and student. There is a colorful version for students who prefer to type. And there is a black and white version for students who prefer paper copies. **And by "live and learn" experience, my students requested a 3rd version, made in Google Docs. (They liked how the typing looked better in Google Docs!) Your students now can use any of the versions!
Assign these in Google Classroom at the beginning of Unit 1. Ask students to save their copy of the review charts, and add to it during the course of each unit. This way, they will have a study guide for each unit's assessments as we go through the year, and their review for the AP Exam will already be done! This will free up more time for other types of practice and test prep!

These don Quijote projects will allow students to learn culture, do some writing, and maybe even entertain the class! Take advantage of the prom season by offering a project in which students write and perform a skit about don Quijote going to the prom! *In my AP® class, we always do a don Quijote reader after the AP Test®. This is a great way to keep students on track by having them work collaboratively and producing a high quality project for a grade. Included in this product is a daily log for students and teachers to refer to in order to be sure that class time is used wisely. And all Google products are yours to modify and edit as you see fit for your students!

La Navidad Spanish digital escape room
By Frenchified
Make learning about La Navidad fun and interesting with this no-prep Spanish digital escape game. The game includes access to a website where your students will hunt for the keys to unlock a set of locks. Students will need to read the clues very carefully and watch videos, visit websites, and read texts to find the information they need to win the game. Very easy to use - just send your students to the website and let them work! Students can play individually or in teams.
This breakout explores the topic of la Navidad. While the breakout itself is in English, most of the sites the students will need to solve the puzzles are in Spanish. It would be appropriate for 2nd year and later Spanish classes.
Digital escape games are a fun way to start a unit, or to review at the end of a unit. They can also be used to learn about a cultural or historical event. This game will have your students reading carefully and paying attention to the smallest details in order to complete the challenge and unlock the locks.
This item includes:
Your students will enjoy learning without even realizing that they are learning! The challenging game format will get them excited about finding the code to unlock each lock - and the format of the clues for each lock will have them paying close attention - there's no way to solve the puzzles without being 100% focused!
Topics in this game include:
Prep is very easy - you just need to share the website URL with your students. You may want to test the site before you use it, just to make sure nothing is blocked by your district. As some of the clues can be challenging to unlock, you may choose to help your students with the trickier ones. With the teacher guide, you will have the answer key - so you can help guide students towards the correct answer by giving them hints, or if you have limited time, you can adjust the game by reducing the number of locks they need to unlock - just give them the answer(s) to help the activity fit your time constraints.

AP Spanish El calentamiento global Article with questions and Goformative
By Specialty Spanish
The Global Challenges unit of AP Spanish® has many interesting contexts, including the environment. This digital and printable article talks about the effects of global warming in Antarctica, and explains the paradox of how rising temperatures actually cause more snow! Distance learners can complete this via a Google Doc or by doing the auto-graded goformative version. Students who prefer paper copies can have a print-out! Save time searching the net to find a good article, and save more time by letting goformative grade this for you! Another benefit to the goformative version is that students can see the article side by side with the questions, and the questions are embedded just where they can find the answer! It's a great scaffold for students still developing their reading comprehension skills!
This article is good for students who are ready for a challenge and/or who like science. It's a little longer than the other article I posted for this unit, but the embedded questions make this accessible for students!

Tener Idioms Powerpoint with Pictures | Google Slides and PowerPoint
By Senorita Creativa
Do you struggle to present new vocabulary in a comprehensible way while staying completely in the target language? Then this fun PowerPoint™️ presentation is a great way to introduce or review tener idioms with your elementary or secondary class. There are 23 terms represented on individual slides (plus a title page and a terms of use page). Links to the Google Slides™️ version of the presentation are also included in this zipped file.
The terms represented include:
Each slide is animated so that the picture appears first, followed by the Spanish term. The presentation is almost completely free of English, but still very comprehensible, thanks to the great clip art. My students really enjoy when we use this as a review with whiteboards. Make sure to check out the preview for a complete list of terms. Please note that the terms in the presentation are NOT editable, although slides may be deleted or rearranged.
**Please note that the pictures in the animated slideshows are covered by white boxes that are animated to disappear when in presentation mode. When viewing the presentation in any mode other than “presentation mode”, it looks like there aren’t any pictures.**
