A Google Slides biography writing unit about the famous American basketball player, Michael Jordan. The unit is ideal for both in-class and distance learning in third grade and fourth grade. The unit has been split into four separate lessons. The Google Slides activity is ideal for students learning about U.S. History, the Olympics or for Black History Month.

The first lesson is interactive and involves students reading facts, and then sorting and ordering these facts into paragraphs. In the second lesson the children need to use these facts to type four paragraphs. Then, in the third lesson they need to choose the most important facts and include these in an introduction; after this they need to answer several questions before typing up their conclusion. In the final lesson your class will need to check their draft paragraphs before typing up their work on to the template provided.

A Google Slides biography writing unit about the famous American basketball star, Stephen Curry. The unit is ideal for both in-class and distance learning in third grade and fourth grade. The unit has been split into four separate lessons. The Google Slides activity is ideal for students learning about U.S. History or for Black History Month.

In the second lesson the children need to use these facts to type four paragraphs. Then, in the third lesson they need to choose the most important facts and include these in an introduction; after this they need to answer several questions before typing up their conclusion. In the final lesson your class will need to check their draft paragraphs before typing up their work on to the template provided.
