This is a great sheet for following directions and coming up with a strategy to follow those directions. It checks reading comprehension and knowing left and right as well. I use it with 6th graders to show how important carefully following directions can be. It could easily be used with younger grades or possibly older grades as well.

Back to school time and looking for a beginning of the year fun. A word search with back school vocabulary can help bring that fun to the students. They can learn while getting to know you the teacher and other students. This is also a fun activity for homeschoolers to do the first day of school.
