Student's need to know they are valued and appreciated. How do you control the volume in your classroom? My students use these posters. Every time we move to another task I let them know what number volume they should be at. I also use it as a signal warning for behavior. The Garden/Bug Theme Classroom Jobs Chart is a great product for classroom management. Students need responsibility within the classroom. Print, paste, and laminate for durability.
