10 activités sur plans cartésiens pour que vos élèves s'entraînent à travailler dans le premier quadrant:
- Tracer des points dans un plan cartésien (x2)
- Blagues cachées dans un plan cartésien (x6)
- Trouver les coordonnées des points tracés dans un plan cartésien (x4)

Ceux-ci fonctionneraient très bien comme centre de mathématiques, comme revue, comme clinique de mathématiques ou comme outil d'évaluation formative. Ils sont également excellents comme activité de suppléance.

Amusez-vous!

Il s'agit d'une révision thématique amusante pour passer en revue les décimales avec vos élèves. Cela fonctionne très bien comme brise-glace au début de l'année (pour la 5e/6e!) et fonctionne très bien à la fin de l'année (pour la 4e!) ou comme atelier ou centre amusant pour les 4e, 5e ou 6e. Ce document contient 9 pages:

Cette "Math Boutique" est la 2e de la collection! Elle permet à vos élèves d'additionner et de multiplier des nombres décimaux avec un nombre entier. J'ai créé des circulaires réalistes mais fictifs qui présentent des produits alimentaires ainsi que des pages thématiques. J'ai également inclus plusieurs listes de courses réalistes mais fictives que vos élèves peuvent utiliser pour cette activité.

J'utilise cette activité à diverses fins. Voici quelques possibilités :

• Demandez à vos élèves de travailler seuls ou à deux pour calculer le total de leur facture d'épicerie ;
• Demandez à vos élèves de comparer les totaux avec les autres ou de se classer du plus petit au plus grand ;
• Demandez à vos élèves d'arrondir les totaux à la hausse ou à la baisse en fonction de la valeur de position sur laquelle vous travaillez ;
• Demandez à vos élèves d'estimer avant d'ajouter leurs éléments ensemble ;
• Faites comparer ces circulaires à vos élèves avec de vrais circulaires en ligne ou sous forme de papier pour trouver le meilleur prix possible ;
• Demandez à vos élèves d'essayer de dresser une liste d'épicerie qui totalise le même (ou aussi près que possible) en utilisant d'autres articles.

I use it with my combined class (5 and 6) but it could also work wonderfully for students en adaptation scolaire working on financial literacy outcomes.

How to use these worksheets

Have your students cut off the bottom part of the worksheet where indicated with scissors. Then have them cut out the six conjugated verbs. These word search worksheets will help your beginner French students of all ages learn the days of the week and the months. Great for core French, immersion schools, and even beginner secondary students!

This resource includes a worksheet with a blank grid for students to create their own word search. All of the days and months are written on the sheet. When they've finished making it they can exchange with another student and solve each solve the puzzle made by their classmate. 3 ready-made word searches are included. You can choose which one to give your students as each one is of a different level of difficulty. I like to print the ready-made search that I want to use on one side of a paper, and print the make your own version on the other side. I have used this resource with 8 year old students as well as 14 years olds. Please note that due to the nature of the word search I have not included accents in this resource. This resource is included in my French months and days bundle.

✮ French months and days word search activities - Les jours et les mois ✮

Looking for a quick, easy and fun no-prep game to use when teaching how to tell time in French using a 24 hour clock? This is a one-page dots & boxes game that will engage your students with a lot of exposure to speaking time and numbers in French. The bundle will save you 50%! You may also be interested in a game telling time using the 12 hour clock.

This game can be laminated and used repeatedly with dry-erase markers or played on an iPad with annotation/whiteboard tools.

How to play (written on the game page in English): Complete more boxes than your opponent. Each player draws lines using a different color. On your turn, make a horizontal or vertical line from one dot to another. Say the verbs on either side of the line you drew. If you complete a box on your turn, draw an X in the box using your color. Once all of the boxes have been completed, count to see who got the most.

Looking for a fun, engaging, no prep way for your students to practice conjugating 35 common regular French ER verbs in the present tense? They're really going to enjoy making verb chains! This is a great literacy center or independent work activity. They'll love hanging them up around the classroom! • Each verb page has ten strips to cut out.
• The first strip is for the student's name.
• The next nine strips are for conjugating the indicated verb with JE - TU - IL - ELLE - ON - NOUS - VOUS - ILS - ELLES.

STEP 1 - Students begin by filling in the blanks to add the correct present tense endings. The number of letters needed for the endings is indicated by the number of blanks provided to help students while learning or reviewing conjugations.

Dots and Boxes Game - Counting to 60 - French or ANY language - No prep printable

An easy and fun no-prep game that will elicit a lot of exposure and pronunciation for the counting to 60 (just what you need to be able to tell time) in FRENCH or ANY LANGUAGE! This is a one-page dots & boxes game including directions. This game could be laminated and used repeatedly with dry-erase markers or played on an iPad with annotation/whiteboard tools. This game is included in my Ça y est, Je parle français! French 1 & 2 curriculum.

Objective: Complete more boxes than your component. Each player draws lines using a different color. On your turn, make a horizontal or vertical line from one dot to another. Say the letters on either side of the line you drew. If you complete a box on your turn, draw an X in the box using your color. Once all of the boxes have been completed, count to see who got the most.

Play French scattergories when you need quick, no prep activities to play with your class while they practice their French house / maison vocabulary, oral, and written skills. These categories games includes many activities with a French house vocabulary theme which work well as ice-breakers. The vocabulary includes rooms in the house, common household items and appliances.

This is a really fun activity to play with your students as they practice and build their maison themed vocabulary. Students of all ages can play this vocabulary game. Perfect for core and French immersion curriculums.

Players attempt to create answers for each of the four categories for each game on their game card. 4 game cards are included for a total of 12 games and 48 categories. This should be a fast moving game and there are only spaces for six words per category. The MAXIMUM they can write is six words so they have to choose them wisely. Students can be creative and flexible with their answers, but other players can challenge them!

12 games are included with 48 different categories! Just print out the game sheets and you're ready to go. For younger students you can allow more time for thinking and writing, while older students will love the challenge of the timer.

La Maison printable no prep scattergories game - French vocabulary game

Looking for a fun, engaging, no prep way for your students to practice conjugating 35 common regular French ER verbs in the futur simple tense? They're really going to enjoy making verb chains! This is a great literacy center or independent work activity. They'll love hanging them up around the classroom! • Each verb page has ten strips to cut out.
• The first strip is for the student's name.
• The next nine strips are for conjugating the indicated verb with JE - TU - IL - ELLE - ON - NOUS - VOUS - ILS - ELLES.

STEP 1 - Students begin by filling in the blanks to add the correct futur simple tense endings. The number of letters needed for the endings is indicated by the number of blanks provided to help students while learning or reviewing conjugations.
