Social Stories and Role-Playing Scenarios BUNDLE (67 included)
By Sign with me TOD
This product includes 67 themed social stories that focus on the following. Students will learn synonyms that relate with each social story and different vocabulary words that relate with the theme of each story.
In each social story, students will discuss and answer questions that relate with one of the 67 feeling. Students will learn what they can do to feel better when experiencing a certain feeling, who they can talk to, how they can cope when feeling a certain way, how they can help their friends/family members when they are feeling a certain way, etc.
Each social story allows students to think about the different feelings when they discuss and answer comprehension questions throughout each social story. Some of the questions require students to put their feet in the shoes of the characters. At the end of each social story, there are 4 role-playing scenario cards that will require students to discuss each feeling presented, how students would feel in a given situation that relates with a certain feeling, and what students can do when they feel that way.

▶️ Most students use cell phones to communicate with family, friends, and classmates, making text messaging a familiar part of their lives. Why not harness their interests to teach and practice a variety of skills, such as inferencing, figurative language, growth mindset, social skills, context clues, and more? These activities are designed to captivate students' attention, making learning both relatable and irresistible!
▶️ This resource bundle is absolutely perfect for engaging struggling readers and lower-level students, especially those with shorter attention spans or difficulty staying focused on longer texts.
▶️ The text message conversations and topics are age-appropriate, highly relevant, familiar, and engaging! Students will easily connect with some of the "characters" involved in these conversations. It would be fascinating to see what students can infer and how they respond to the scenarios presented. To extend the activity, you could have students read the conversations aloud, allowing them to "see," "hear," and interpret how the individuals texting are feeling, thinking, and expressing themselves as they communicate.
▶️ The graphics in the "visually pleasing" worksheets are designed to closely resemble the cell phones students use today, complete with realistic text bubbles and emojis!
▶️ These Text Message Conversation Worksheets can be seamlessly integrated into a larger lesson, used during a mini-lesson, guided practice, independent work, formative assessments, pair or group activities, small group discussions, or even assigned as homework or additional practice!

This resource contains 45 Bullying Activity Worksheets designed to challenge the way young people think and understand bullying. Students will reflect on their own experiences with bullying and analyze the experiences of others while also exploring strategies they can use to combat bullying in the future. The variety of exercises encourages students to think in a number of different ways, catering to all learning styles and ages.
Detailed Answer Keys are included to help you facilitate discussions and learning!
Many of the worksheets also include real-life bullying scenarios, which students can use to think through responses and solutions and determine how they would handle bullying situations. Students can have meaningful reflections and education on how to handle difficult social situations that are common for many teens. You can encourage students to read the scenarios and decide how they should respond, explain why they would choose that response, and think about the impact that response would have on those involved. After the role play, educators can lead a discussion about what happened and how the students felt. Answering debriefing questions reinforces the lessons learned from the scenarios and activities and also help to process any emotional responses prompted by the experience.

Social cues —both verbal and nonverbal— and body language are everywhere we look—often communicating more than words ever could. A raised eyebrow, crossed arms, a quick glance, or even silence can completely change the meaning of what’s being said. Sometimes, people need to “read between the lines” to fully understand the message. For students, the ability to recognize and correctly interpret both spoken and unspoken signals is an essential life skill. It helps them respond appropriately in conversations, build stronger relationships, and avoid misunderstandings.
This **Social Cues Mega Bundle **combines four powerful resources to give middle and high school students multiple ways to practice reading, interpreting, and responding appropriately to social cues in a safe, structured way. Students will strengthen their social awareness, observation, inference, and communication skills through a mix of image-based analysis, real-world scenarios, and activities that explore various social cues—such as facial expressions, gestures, posture, tone of voice, personal space, and eye contact. They’ll also practice “reading between the lines” for verbal cues, understanding the meaning behind words, phrases, reactions, and tone to better interpret both spoken and unspoken communication.
Detailed **Answer Keys **and Sample Responses are included, making these activities completely no-prep. Teachers can easily facilitate meaningful discussions and model strong, thoughtful answers without additional planning.
Skills Students Will Build:
**▶️ **Recognize and interpret social cues in various contexts
**▶️ **Make inferences based on visual and situational clues
**▶️ **Build empathy and perspective-taking skills
