ABOUT THIS RESOURCE

All About Me Activity Worksheets

20 pages

Print and Digital

Suitable for Middle and High School Students

Includes two versions (with and without graphics)

SEL-related product

This resource includes:

10 All About Me Worksheets _with g_raphics

10 All About Me Worksheets without graphics

2 Google Slide Links

*******************************

Please note, this resource includes two version worksheet sets: one with graphics and one without any graphics, since some districts may have strict guidelines. Both versions include print and digital versions - WHOOP WHOOP! I want to make sure you are able to use this resource without any issues!

*******************************

This "All About Me" resource goes beyond the "What is your favorite color?" "Who is your best friend?" "How many siblings do you have?", etc. Instead, this resource includes questions that gives you access into your students' minds and develop an understanding of what their thinking is like, what their deepest thoughts are, how they feel about themselves, what makes them happy, what makes them sad, how they view and feel about themselves, something they often question about life, what keeps them up at night, etc.

These worksheets ask more higher level reflection questions that they have probably never considered like: "How do I view myself?" "What do I need to change about myself?" "What are my fears are?" "Do I love myself? Why or why not?" and "Something I wish I could have done differently" - type questions.

Yes, there are very few basic questions (as I considered lower-level students when creating these worksheets), but most questions are intended to capture students' inner thoughts and feelings about life and about themselves - the "REAL" them. This resource provides an opportunity for you to really know WHO THEY ARE!

⭐ The graphics, fonts, and borders in these worksheets are so visually appealing, your students will love them!

⭐ This resource is also included in Google Slides! Text boxes have already been created to make it easier for you and your students! Each slide includes two instruction solution tabs for when students accidentally delete text boxes and when they want to zoom in (to enlarge worksheets). It's super helpful for students who are not that familiar with how to use Google Slides or need the extra assistance.

16 Negotiating a Compromise Social Skills Scenario Task Cards and Worksheets (Print and Digital)

This resource includes 16 Negotiating a Compromise Social Skills Scenario Task Cards and Worksheets that focus on negotiating differences and engaging in compromise to resolve conflict instead of engaging in conflict. This can help students practice and improve conflict management skills.

The Task Cards and Worksheets contain the same scenarios.

  • These Task Cards and Worksheets highlight real-life social scenarios and situations to help students of all levels and abilities to practice and build social skills. These highly relevant scenarios expose students to skills they need to interact with others effectively, forge positive relationships, negotiate conflicts, brainstorm coping skills, evaluate best solutions, improve social skills and behavior, and most importantly, build confidence in managing their emotions.

  • This resource is included in PDF and GOOGLE SLIDES versions. Text boxes have already been added to make it easier for you and your students!

  • The Social Scenarios Task Cards can be used in guided small groups, whole-class discussions, partner discussion before sharing out with the larger group or class, or even one-on-one with a teacher, guidance counselor, or parent/guardian!

  • You can print the Task Cards out on gloss paper or regular paper and laminate. You may also organize it in a binder ring.

How/When To Use Scenario Task Cards

  • Role-Playing: Students can collaborate in pairs or groups to act out a variety of scenarios and demonstrate appropriate responses. Role-playing activities can also be used to show how skills are used improperly and then asking the 'audience' to help reenact properly. This activity can ultimately improve confidence, communication, and assertiveness skills.
  • Icebreaker: This can be a great way to start a meeting, training session, or team-building activity. It’s also a great way to get students to get to know each other and buy into the purpose of an upcoming activity or lesson.
  • Play Writing Exercise: Students can work in groups to create skits or scenes then perform the skit for the class.
  • Writing Response: Students can be given a scenario to read and then write their responses. Students can switch papers with a partner who then reads their responses and determines whether they agree/disagree with their responses/approaches to these real-life scenarios.
  • Discussion: Students can discuss the Social Scenario Task Cards in groups or whole class. They can discuss things like “What would you do?”, “Why would you do that?”, and “What are some other options you could consider?”

As students prepare to obtain jobs during the summer or after high school, they need to understand that they will deal with customers of all kinds and must prepare for it. Dealing with angry or difficult customers is part of the job. When interacting with customers, it is essential to have excellent customer service skills. The more skills they master and the more strategies they have to effectively communicate with customers and diffuse potential conflicts, the better prepared they’ll be for future employment.

This HUGE Customer Service Lesson and PowerPoint Packet is an INTRODUCTION to Customer Service.

This resource focuses on the following objectives:

✔ Students will examine and understand what customer service is, why it is important, and how it impacts consumers.

✔ Students will learn five essential customer service skills and practices that will help equip them to address customer needs and foster positive customer experiences.

✔ Students will explore behaviors and attitudes that illustrate poor customer service and great customer service.

✔ Students will learn and develop workplace readiness skills and understand key principles for engaging customers who are challenging while working in the workplace.

✔ Students will role-play scenarios to practice and highlight effective customer service skills. They will practice techniques to handle irate, difficult, and demanding customers and offer solutions to customer problems.

Resource Items and Descriptions

▶️ LESSON PLAN and Lesson Worksheets

Total of 45 pages

PDF and Editable Hard Copy Lesson

Includes Customer Service videos and links

Print and Digital (Text Boxes Already Created)

Answer Keys included

✅ This Lesson and PowerPoint Packet includes a DETAILED Lesson Plan (PDF and Editable version) that guides you step-by-step on how to introduce the concept of Customer Service.

✅ Activity worksheets and Answer Keys are included to support ALL sections of the lesson plan.

✅ To make this lesson plan SUPER ACCESSIBLE and easy to follow, I included a picture/image of the worksheet that you will use/distribute to students for that section of the lesson. This visual guidance is shown on the left side of the lesson plan! No need to “figure out” what worksheets to use – it explicitly SHOWS you which ones to use for each section of the lesson plan.

✅ Some activity worksheets have been differentiated!

✅ I also included an editable hardcopy lesson plan version so you can tailor it to meet the needs of your students.

Students will learn what Customer Service is and explore, review, understand, and practice 5 essential customer service skills and practices that will help equip them to address customer needs and foster positive experiences. The five essential skills that students will develop a deeper comprehension about and practice include:

⭐ Active Listening

⭐ Effective Communication

⭐ Expressing Empathy

⭐ Apologizing

⭐ Conflict Resolution

For each of the Five Customer Service Skills, students will engage in Quick Write activities (to spark discussions and build background knowledge) AND complete engaging, fun activities centered around common, real life customer service scenarios related to these topics. All activity worksheets are included as well as Answer Keys / Suggested Responses to help you facilitate discussions and support students in the learning.

Prior to diving into these five essential skills, students will watch two brief customer service-related videos where they will observe, analyze, evaluate, and discuss customer service attitudes and behaviors presented in the videos. Video Links, activities (for each video), and ANSWER KEYS are also all included!

*******************************
▶️ Lesson POWERPOINT (76 Slides)

76 Slides (NO nonsense slides)

Uneditable (due to copyright purposes)

PowerPoint and Digital (Text Boxes in both variations already created)

Student Interactive (Includes student slides for students to add responses)

Answer Key Slides included

This resource includes a Lesson PowerPoint of 76 slides (uneditable / PowerPoint and Digital). The PowerPoint is interactive and consists of “instruction” slides, student response slides, and some ANSWER KEY slides. For instance, a slide with instructional content and questions are on one slide, while on the next slide is a “student response” version slide where you can have students type their responses (if you decide to share the PowerPoint with them - text boxes already created), and the slide after that is an ANSWER KEY slide to help you facilitate discussion.

Depending on how you share the PowerPoint with them, students can engage with the slides as you instruct! SUPER EASY TO DELIVER! Again, this entire PowerPoint is ALSO included in Google Slides with text boxes already created for students to type in their responses.

Don't want either variation? NO BIGGIE! Just delete the slide after saving the "original" one.

▶️ PowerPoint Usage Tips

✅ You can tweak the format of this PowerPoint in several ways! For instance, if you only want to keep or use the “instruction” slides and not use the student response version slides, NO PROBLEM, all you have to do is delete slides you don’t want to use. (Just make sure you first save or make a copy of the entire presentation in case you want to use or revisit the other slides at a later time).

✅ You can copy and paste all “student response” version slides into another PowerPoint and send them to students to complete.

✅ You can mix and match slides.

▶️ Customer Service Lesson PowerPoint features:

Includes 76 slides (No nonsense slides)

All 76 slides are included on Google Slides as well.

The PowerPoint is interactive – “Student-version” slides are included where students can type in their answers to questions.

The PowerPoint includes images that reflect diversity and clearly align to the content/information presented in the slides.

PowerPoint slides are visually appealing (and contain unique borders, fonts, and clipart)

Includes Answer Key slides

Uneditable due to copyright purposes (I would love to accommodate you if you need anything changed)

*******************************

▶️ Scenario Packet (FOLDER #2)

Learning about possible customer service scenarios is a great way to prepare students for any future customer issues. Included in this packet are 12 highly relevant customer service scenarios that give students a hands-on approach to experiencing and practicing “real-life” examples of great and poor customer service. It gives students an opportunity to hone their customer service and conflict management skills.

The 12 scenarios come in FIVE variations (also included in Google Slides – 5 Google Slide Links)

✨ Variation #1: Scenario Worksheets with Questions - Students write or type their responses on the lines provided - PDF and Digital)

Variation #2: Scenario Worksheets without Questions - There is space for you to generate your OWN question, and students copy down the question and then answer it on the lines provided - PDF and Digital).

Variation #3: Scenario POWERPOINT (Scenarios only) - This variation can be used to display on the board, have discussions about, review, discuss/generate different questions about the scenarios, etc. - PowerPoint and Digital)

Variation #4: Scenario POWERPOINT with Questions - Students can type in their responses either on the PowerPoint itself, if you share it with them, or on Google Slides! Text boxes have already been created - PowerPoint and Digital)

Variation #5: Scenario POWERPOWEROINT - Scenarios without Questions – You generate your OWN Questions - PowerPoint and Digital)

⭐ Two “BLANK” slides have been included for you to add your OWN scenarios and questions.

These scenarios offers opportunities for you to:

► bridge knowledge gaps and/or point students in the right direction based on their responses to the scenarios.

► test your students’ knowledge about the qualities required for exceptional customer service in any workplace.

► have students practice how to effectively resolve conflicts and diffuse difficult customer situations.

► determine how students would approach typical situations in the workplace.

► train your students how to handle potential difficult situations, provide great customer service, de- escalate conflicts, and practice effective communication.

*******************************

❤️ Role-Playing ❤️

Students can discuss or role-play these common customer service scenarios and present worst/best case scenarios to the class. One student can act as the customer and the other can act as the employee handling the situation. Teacher and student observers can provide feedback and other possible scenario solutions. These highly relatable scenarios provide opportunities for students to demonstrate customer-service skills.

Customer Service Scenario IDEAS:

After reading scenarios, you can hold a class discussion about the variety of strategies students can use to deal with difficult customers and deliver great customer service. Additionally, the scenarios can be used to discuss appropriate vs. inappropriate responses, actions, behaviors, and attitudes when handling customers in these situations.

✨ Student observers can identify effective customer service strategies being used in the role plays as well as offer constructive criticism about how students performed in their roles as customer service agents. They can offer other possible scenario solutions.

✨ One student role-plays as a customer and the other as a service representative. They can act out how each side might handle the given scenario, and once the issue is resolved, they switch roles. This will help them understand each side of the situation.

*******************************

This packet offers opportunities for teachers to help their students learn a variety of critical concepts and skills related to customer service as they prepare for employment. Students will be able to practice how to effectively resolve conflicts and diffuse difficult customer situations. It also offers a variety of activities that will help students explore qualities required for exceptional customer service in any workplace. Detailed ANSWER KEYS are included to help you facilitate learning and discussions!

This resource makes a great addition to any class or course that needs to cover customer service because the context is based on experiences your students will face in their everyday lives, particularly in their workplace. 16 Effective Communication Scenario Task Cards and Worksheets

This resource includes 16 Effective Communication Social Skills Scenario Task Cards and Worksheets that focus on using communication skills to help resolve conflict – and prevent them from occurring, articulating messages with a pleasant attitude, and handling and communicating negative feelings in a positive way.

The Task Cards and Worksheets contain the same scenarios.

These Task Cards and Worksheets highlight real-life social scenarios and situations to help students of all levels and abilities to practice and build social skills. These highly relevant scenarios expose students to skills they need to interact with others effectively, forge positive relationships, negotiate conflicts, brainstorm coping skills, evaluate best solutions, improve social skills and behavior, and most importantly, build confidence in managing their emotions.

The Social Scenarios Task Cards can be used in guided small groups, whole-class discussions, partner discussion before sharing out with the larger group or class, or even one-on-one with a teacher, guidance counselor, or parent/guardian!

You can print the Task Cards out on gloss paper or regular paper and laminate.

**********************************

It's important to think before you speak, especially in social situations. Many times, people, including students and adults, react quickly without really considering the situation. When you respond without taking a moment to think about different aspects of the situation and how others might feel, it can lead to problems. Taking the time to think before responding helps improve relationships, allows for better self-expression, and makes it easier to find solutions to problems.

► This resource features 24 highly relevant scenarios that revolve around social conflicts. Students are prompted to consider various aspects such as alternate perspectives, people's motives, intentions, and feelings before providing a response. After this reflection, they are asked to articulate how they would react in a manner that is both appropriate and respectful.

▶️ 24 Task Cards (COLORED and B&W)

✅ There are 24 Scenario Task Cards, each featuring a single scenario followed by a corresponding question:

What should you consider in this situation, and what would be an appropriate response?

✅ The Scenario Task Cards are versatile and can be incorporated into various settings, including larger lessons, guided small groups, whole-class discussions, partner discussions before sharing with the entire group, or one-on-one sessions with a teacher, guidance counselor, or parent/guardian. Both Task Card variations (Color | B&W) feature identical scenarios.

✅ You can print the Task Cards out on gloss paper or regular paper and laminate. You may also organize them in a binder ring.

▶️ 24 Writing Response Worksheets

✅ This resource also comprises 24 Writing Response Worksheets (with lines), each featuring a scenario accompanied by a corresponding writing prompt:

Read the situation and think about what you should consider before responding. Then, write some things you can say and do in response. (The worksheets include the same scenarios in the Task Cards.)

✅ These worksheets are great for “Quick Writes,” Do Now activities, Note-Taking/Reflection periods, Formative Assessments, or can simply be used as part of a larger lesson or discussion! They include breath-taking borders, fonts, and clip arts by other contributing artists.

✅ Also included is a blank Activity Worksheet for you to generate your own scenario and students write it down.

✅ Includes Print and Digital versions

▶️ 24 Organizer Worksheets and Sample Responses

✅ These worksheets include the same directions in the writing response worksheets, but are divided into organizer sections where students are asked to read a scenario and:

  • List what they should consider before responding.
  • List things they can SAY in response (after thoughtful consideration of the situation).
  • List things they can DO in response (after thoughtful consideration of the situation).

✅ Comprehensive Sample Responses for EACH of these worksheets are included, offering an additional adult perspective on how to address these questions.

✅ Includes Print and Digital versions

▶️ LIST of Scenarios
Additionally, a 3-page LIST OF SCENARIOS is provided, offering teachers easier access to read and select scenarios for use. It serves as a concise overview page, summarizing the scenarios listed in the Task Cards.

*******************************
How/When To Use the Scenario Task Cards

Role-Playing: Students have the opportunity to engage in collaborative role-playing exercises, either in pairs or groups, where they act out diverse scenarios to showcase appropriate responses. These activities serve as effective tools for demonstrating the adept handling of challenging situations, emphasizing the importance of considering others' perspectives and feelings. Ultimately, participating in these role-playing exercises can enhance confidence, communication, and assertiveness skills.

Icebreaker: This can be a great way to start a meeting, training session, or team-building activity. It’s also a great way to get students to get to know each other and buy into the purpose of an upcoming activity or lesson.

Play Writing Exercise: Students can work in groups to create skits or scenes then perform the skits for the class and demonstrate appropriate responses.

Writing Response: Students can be given a scenario to read and then write their responses. Students can switch papers with a partner who then reads their responses and determines whether they agree/disagree with their responses/approaches to these real-life scenarios/ situations.

Discussion: Students have the opportunity to engage in group or whole-class discussions centered around the Scenario Task Cards. Topics of discussion may include considerations such as, "What factors should we take into account about the situation and other people's perspectives and feelings before responding?" Participants can explore strategies for respectfully handling the given scenarios, pondering questions like "Why choose that approach?" and "What alternative options might one consider in terms of actions or responses in these situations?"

***********************************

It’s so important that we learn how to respond to others in an effective way. As educators, we often see our students struggle to communicate with empathy and respect. Being able to have constructive conversations is an essential skill for our students to learn.

This resource equips teachers with practical suggestions for a positive approach to communication. Too often we see our students wrestling with ways to talk to each other that are socially sensitive. Especially in times of conflict, we want to provide our students with productive ways to verbalize their thoughts and feelings. It’s critical that our students learn to listen to each other while also feeling heard.

Responding to others with constructive words is a beneficial skill for our middle and high school students to learn. This ability to talk to others kindly is a life skill they will need in their daily life not just as kids and teenagers but into the future too.

This resource features a total of 10 different communication scenarios with an example of a "rude" or "mean" response statement. (Statements also have negative tones). Students must read the scenarios (or situations) and the "rude/mean/negative-toned" response statements provided TO FRIENDS and:

  • explain what effects those particular responses can have on the person and/or outcome of the situations.
  • write two ways they can change and filter the response statements, so that they have more respectful, positive tones.

This resource can greatly help your students practice:

Social cues encompass the signals individuals convey through their body language and expressions. Many students experiencing challenges with social skills struggle to interpret these cues from facial expressions, gestures, and overall body language. When young people miss these cues, they risk misunderstanding people and situations. Recognizing and interpreting social cues effectively can enhance students' confidence, prepare them for various interactions, help them understand their surroundings, respond appropriately to situations, navigate uncomfortable scenarios, and, crucially, prevent potential conflicts.

✅ This resource features 40 real-life, highly relevant scenarios, offering students ample opportunities to practice interpreting social cues, making inferences, and responding appropriately.

✅ Moreover, this resource is available in Google Slides! Text boxes have been pre-set to facilitate ease of use for both educators and students. Each slide includes two instructional solution tabs, aiding students in case of accidental deletion of text boxes and providing a zoom-in feature for enlarging worksheets. This feature is particularly beneficial for students who may not be familiar with Google Slides or require additional assistance.

▶️ Social Cues Scenario Task Cards (Colored and B&W)

This resource includes 40 Scenario Task Cards, available in Color and B&W, both with and without pre-set questions. Each card presents relatable scenarios, accompanied by a question. Additionally, all scenarios are provided in each color variation without questions, allowing users to create their own questions and activities.

✅ Utilize the Task Cards WITHOUT Questions to formulate your OWN questions!

✅ Incorporate these Task Cards into larger lessons, guided small groups, whole-class discussions, partner interactions before sharing with the class, or individual sessions with a teacher, guidance counselor, or parent/guardian! The Task Cards feature the same scenarios found in the Scenario Worksheets.

✅ Print the Task Cards on gloss or regular paper, laminate them for durability, and consider organizing them on a binder ring for easy access and use.

**Role-playing Opportunity:**Engaging in these scenarios offers students a practical opportunity to explore and understand various aspects of interpreting and responding to social cues and body language. Through role-playing, students can develop skills such as reading nonverbal cues, understanding subtle gestures, and responding appropriately in social interactions. This hands-on approach helps students become more adept at interpreting social cues, making informed decisions based on nonverbal communication, and navigating social interactions with confidence.

Throughout your students’ education and lives, they will indeed grapple with many choices that test their personal values, beliefs and priorities. They will encounter all kinds of situations where they must choose between doing what’s right and doing what’s wrong.

This resource features 68 Moral and Ethical Dilemma Scenarios that they can relate to. These scenarios can help students recognize situations that involve moral and ethical issues and practice becoming better decision-makers. These scenarios also provide students the opportunity to discuss what they would do in different moral/ethical situations. Introducing ethical/moral dilemmas in the classroom can open up opportunities not only for debate and critical thinking, but also for personal growth, empathy for other viewpoints, and self-reflection.

These scenarios present individuals with moral and ethical dilemmas that require careful consideration. These scenarios challenge students to examine their values, principles, and decision-making processes. For example, a scenario might ask a student to choose between two morally conflicting options and reflect on their choice.

This resource includes both print and digital versions (with text boxes already created)! You can assign activities to students in person or remotely – either way works!

**********************************

How/When To Use the Scenario Task Cards

  • Role-Playing: The scenarios provide students with opportunities to discuss, understand, and role play the variety of effective ways they can respond to difficult situations and resolve moral and ethical dilemmas. You can also have each pair read their scenario and then role-play the scenario in front of the class, trying to find a positive resolution to the situation. Each pair also watches another pair’s role-play as commenters: they have the power to freeze the action of the role-play and make comments and suggestions to the role-players to guide them towards a positive resolution. You can use the Task Cards with no questions to generate your OWN questions and activities!
  • Icebreaker: This can be a great way to start a meeting, training session, or team-building activity. It’s also a great way to get students to get to know each other and how they would deal with certain situations. It may assist you in getting them to buy into the purpose of an upcoming activity or lesson.
  • Play Writing Exercise: Students can work in groups to create skits or scenes then perform the skits for the class.
  • Writing Response: Students can be given a scenario to read and then write their responses: Consider your options in this situation. What outcomes might each option lead to? What would you decide to do and why? Students can swap papers with a partner who then reads their responses and determines whether they agree/disagree with their responses/approaches to these real-life scenarios/situations.
  • Discussion: Students can discuss the Scenario Task Cards in groups or whole class.

LET’S KEEP IT REAL, HERE! In today’s day in age and teen culture, teenage dating and romantic relationships are all TOO COMMON – I know you agree! Educators and other adults can’t really tell high school students, teens, and young adults not to date or have romantic relationships with boys and girls they like – like seriously! If they like someone, they are making moves! Temptation is everywhere! Additionally, this is the stage where high school students go through puberty, changes in mind, body, emotions, and behavior, and most importantly, self-realizations. They learn more about themselves through the relationships they experience with others.

While dating can be a great way for high school students and young adults to learn positive relationship skills like mutual respect, trust, honesty, loyalty, and compromise, it can present challenges. Again, let’s keep it real! When you were in high school, did you date? I know I did! Ain't no lyin about that! What I needed at the time was someone to teach and show me how to effectively deal with these difficult experiences and challenges - not judge me.

This high school/ young adult resource is centered around 56 HIGHLY RELEVANT scenarios that can provide opportunities for you to help students:

navigate difficult situations and challenges during these experiences with others

► make wise decisions about what is best for them

► have difficult conversations with their partners

► learn how to make compromises

► build confidence in managing their anger and emotions

► recognize signs of unhealthy relationships

► handle challenges/situations with a sense of maturity

► improve social skills and behavior

► set boundaries

This resource features (and is centered around) 56 REAL-LIFE, student-inspired, young adult boyfriend/girlfriend drama social skills scenarios/situations that “dating teens” experience daily in school and out of school. Students read the scenarios and write, discuss, or create role-plays/skits on how to maturely handle difficult boyfriend/girlfriend situations despite feelings of anger, jealousy, betrayal, sadness, and hurt. These fun, real-life Scenario Task Cards allow students to discuss a variety of social situations, brainstorm coping skills, and evaluate best solutions in different scenarios.

*******************************

Some of the topics portrayed in these scenarios include, but are not limited to:

► betrayal

► lies

► jealousy

► disloyalty

► trust issues

► lack of respect

► shame

► insecurity

► self-consciousness

► anger

► fear

► social media

► personal boundaries

*******************************

✥ 56 B&W Scenario Task Cards (with Question)

✥ 56 B&W Scenario Task Cards (without Questions)

The Scenario Task Cards can be used as part of a larger lesson, in guided small groups, whole-class discussions, partner discussion before sharing out with the larger group or class, or even one-on-one with a teacher, guidance counselor, or parent/guardian!

These four different formats contain the same scenarios. You can print the Task Cards out on gloss paper or regular paper and laminate. You may also organize it in a binder ring.

*******************************

▶️ SCENARIO WORKSHEETS

This resource also includes 56 Scenario Worksheets with lines in 2 variations (with and without question). You can generate your own unique questions and students can write them down in the space provided and respond to them.

The worksheets include the same scenarios in the Task Cards. These worksheets are great for “Quick Writes,” Do Now activities, Note-Taking/Reflection periods, Formative Assessments, or can simply be used as part of a larger lesson!

BOTH sets of worksheets include print and digital versions!

*******************************

▶️ LIST OF SCENARIOS

Also included is a 4-page LIST OF SCENARIOS to allow easier access for teachers to read and select scenarios to work with. It’s like an overview page of the scenarios listed in the Task Cards!

How/When To Use the Scenario Task Cards

  • Discussion: Students can discuss the Scenario Task Cards in groups or whole class. They can discuss things like “How would you handle this situation?” “Why would you handle it in this manner?" and “What are some other options you could consider?”
