Using this wonderful children's storybook, introduce and practice the ostinato and minor key, while reinforcing mallet playing skills while singing a beautiful lullaby. Teach the so-mi solfege syllables as well as reinforce ta and ti-ti syllables by chanting and singing a special rhyme to wake up the elephant in the book. Add handheld percussion instruments. Lots of fun for students in grades PreK-2.
