This resource gives you everything you need to teach Joshua 1-3 (Josué 1-3) and to help preschoolers and kindergarten students to remember. Since this resource is in Spanish, it can be used for intermediate Spanish speakers. For those learning Spanish, it could be used at any age.

The lesson focuses on the Moses sending the spies into Jericho and the instructions he gives them. Students will learn about the good report as well as Rahab's promises to help them.

This lesson includes:

1. Title Page - Color and Black and White
2. The story of Joshua 1-3 Color and Black and White
3. ¿Dónde están los espías? Activity (color, cut, and glue)
4. Memory Verse Poster
5. Memory Verse Cards
6. Memory Verse Foldable Activity for Interactive Notebook

This lesson takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to teach.

1. How to prep:

I printed and laminated the story pages the evening before. I also printed the coloring page and the memory verse activity sheets the evening before.

Finally, I made sure I had enough glue sticks and scissors.

2. I read the story pages. Students can color while I read to help them focus.

3. I showed the story cards (just smaller versions of the slides that students take home) to students and asked them to repeat as much of the story back to me as they can.

4. Students color the Where Are the Spies? activity.

5. They cut out each box. I have found it's helpful to cut this part of the paper off completely before they have to cut. It's easier for little ones who are just learning to cut. There is a line across the page to show where to cut.

6. They glue the picture in the box.

Why should I choose this resource?

1. The story comes from Scripture but is summarized for young learners. The Word of God is not compromised in the process.

2. There are a variety of coloring pages for students to do during the lesson to help them listen to the story but still busy with a non-linguistic activity so their brains do not have competition between the 2 activities.

3. There are plenty of activities to keep them engaged. (Note: Our church has a worship leader that comes in to teach songs for a few minutes so that is scheduled into our time but there is still plenty to do.)

4. Easy to understand directions throughout the slide when in edit mode.

5. Colorful and engaging pictures to help tell the story for pre-readers or early readers.

6. A chance to work with the story while practicing coloring, cutting, and gluing.

FREE Gospel Bible lesson for kids! Jesus said, "Let the Little Children Come!"

This resource is a tool to teach the Good News of Jesus Christ to young kids.

It introduces them to the truth that we all need a Savior from sin. But God loves us so much He sent His son, Jesus, as a Savior and Rescuer from sin!

You will also find the opportunity to invite the kids to say "Yes" to Jesus and accept Him as their Savior.

This will always be free and you have my permission to print and hand out to as many kids as you would like!

(This was written for Preschool-3rd Grade in mind but may be useful for older kids as well)

Learn about the major themes in the story of Joseph in Egypt, including Potipher's wife in Genesis 39 with this helpful Bible lesson. This lesson includes 5 sections that address the major themes of Genesis 39 and help the reader think about the text. The lesson does not require the use of any specific translation, which makes the lesson compatible with whatever translation the reader is comfortable using.

Who is this study for and what will they learn?
This lesson is written for teens and adults who want to have a better understanding of the Bible. Teens and adults will be introduced to the major themes of Genesis 39 in an engaging way that helps you see for yourself how the text develops these themes, and why it matters.

This is what is included:

• A brief description of the major themes of Genesis 39
• A walk through of the text showing how the themes are developed in Genesis 39
• A section on application that can be used for personal growth
• Questions for each section to encourage more thought about the text
• Example answers to the questions designed to assist new readers to the Bible

This lesson is written to be an engaging Bible study that will help students think about and read the Bible. Students will understand how the Bible is written and see that there is a cohesive story behind Scripture that will help them read the Bible and understand it better for themselves.

The lesson does not require any specific translation of the Bible, making it accessible for any student who has access to a Bible, paper or electronic. Where specific language matters, the lesson includes the necessary Biblical text so that the student does not have to try to find the right Bible translation.

The lesson is written to require almost no prep time, outside of reading the chapter of the Bible in question. Because of the format of the lesson, it is very flexible, allowing it to be used in a variety of settings such as school, home, small groups, co-ops, and Sunday school.

This resource gives you everything you need to teach Joshua 1-3 and to help preschoolers and kindergarten students to remember. The lesson focuses on the Moses sending the spies into Jericho and the instructions he gives them. Students will learn about the good report as well as how Rahab promises to help them.

This lesson includes:

This lesson takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to teach.

1. How to prep:

I printed and laminated the story pages the evening before. I also printed the coloring page and the memory verse activity sheets the evening before.

Finally, I made sure I had enough glue sticks and scissors.

2. I read the story pages. Students can color while I read to help them focus.

3. I showed the story cards (just smaller versions of the slides that students take home) to students and asked them to repeat as much of the story back to me as they can.

4. Students color the Where Are the Spies? activity.

5. They cut out each box. I have found it's helpful to cut this part of the paper off completely before they have to cut. It's easier for little ones who are just learning to cut. There is a line across the page to show where to cut.

6. They glue the picture in the box.

Why should I choose this resource?

1. The story comes from Scripture but is summarized for young learners. The Word of God is not compromised in the process.

2. There are a variety of coloring pages for students to do during the lesson to help them listen to the story but still busy with a non-linguistic activity so their brains do not have competition between the 2 activities.

3. There are plenty of activities to keep them engaged. (Note: Our church has a worship leader that comes in to teach songs for a few minutes so that is scheduled into our time but there is still plenty to do.)

4. Easy to understand directions throughout the slide when in edit mode.

5. Colorful and engaging pictures to help tell the story for pre-readers or early readers.

6. A chance to work with the story while practicing coloring, cutting, and gluing.

Statement of Faith:

I believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.
