All you will need is a small piece of paper for each student and you're all set for a fun, interactive SEL lesson that focuses on community building, friendships, and connectedness + belonging! This fully digital Google Slides™ meet the school counselor lesson helps school counselors introduce themselves and their role as the school counselor to their students. During this Google Slides™ meet the counselor activity, students will learn the school counselor's five superpowers and how school counselors use their powers to help students all around the school.

Students will also learn that there are many people on campus who have super skills they can use to help students. This activity helps students differentiate when the school counselor is best for the job and when a different superhero on campus may be a better fit.

There are 60 slides included that challenge students to write or drag and drop their answers as they learn more about the school counselor's roles and responsibilities.

• Slide 2 - Editable for the school counselor to include their personal contact information for their students
• Slide 3- Students explore what they think a school counselor does
• Slide 4- Students learn about the three categories of support
