While this set is listed for the 1st grade level, it can easily be adapted for use in a Kindergarten setting when introducing one more and one less concepts. Each set has several levels of difficulty and are differentiated to help reach all students where they are in their learning.
Set 1: This set has number cards for find one more of numbers less than 20. Students are to draw the number then add one more. Then they are to fill in the addition problem and the number bond to match what they drew. This set of cards has two difficulty levels, represented in the amount of the equation already filled in.
Set 2: This set has number cards for find one more of numbers more than 20, up to 100. Students are to draw the number (using base ten block pictures) then add one more. Then they are to fill in the addition problem and the number bond to match what they drew. This set of cards has two difficulty levels, represented in the amount of the equation already filled in.
Set 3: This set is a set of word problems for showing one more. Students will read the problem, then draw a representation of the word problem. Then they are to fill in the addition problem and the number bond to match what they drew. This set of cards has three difficulty levels, one set of cards has sums up to 10 and the other has sums up to 20. The 3rd set has sums up to 100.
Set 4: This set has number cards for find one less of numbers less than 20. Students are to draw the number then cross one out. Then they are to fill in the subtraction problem and the number bond to match what they drew. This set of cards has two difficulty levels, represented in the amount of the equation already filled in.
Set 5: This set has number cards for find one less of numbers more than 20, up to 100. Students are to draw the number (using base ten block pictures) then cross one out. Then they are to fill in the subtraction problem and the number bond to match what they drew. This set of cards has two difficulty levels, represented in the amount of the equation already filled in.

Team Target Review: Systems of Equations Group Review Activity Grade 8
By EZMath
Ever needed a review activity on solving and graphing systems of linear equations for 8th grade math that was fun and engaging for your students? Team Target Review is a cooperative and competitive activity designed to get students thinking, talking, and working together.
Teams of 2-4 students work together to complete increasing levels of difficulty on systems of equations. As students progress, you can quickly assess mastery and give intervention help on the spot.
This activity works great as an engaging review session before an assessment, a quick(ish) activity on one of those pesky minimum days where you have limited time, or as part of a block period when you want to break up the direct instruction.
This activity includes:
-Suggested activity instructions (based on how I run this in my classroom).
-6 rounds with 2-4 problems each of targeted review on solving systems of equations for 8th grade.
-Complete worked out solutions for all 6 rounds.
If you enjoy this activity you might also like my other Team Target Review activities, or check out my Level Up products, which provide students increasing levels of challenge they can do at their own pace.

By EZMath
Level Ups are a fun way for your students to practice or review 8th grade volume of cylinders, cones, and spheres. Aligned to the common core standards, this Level Ups activity includes 5 differentiated tasks that increase in rigor.
The task cards begin with pre-requisite skills of identifying and calculating the volume of prisms, then "level up" all the way to calculating the volume of composite solids involving cylinders, cones, and spheres. Students must also apply their volume skills to real-world problems, such as filling water tanks and finding how much soda is in a 12-pack of soda cans.
Students start at level zero and work their way up to level 4, giving them accurate feedback on what they have mastered, and what they still need to work on. This lesson works as a great way to review angle relationships, or as preparation for an upcoming assessment.
This activity includes:
My students love "Level Up Day" in my own classroom, and the activity works great as independent practice, a pairs activity, or even group work. I also use this when I need a majority of students working independently while I pull a small group for intervention.
