This is a game mat to form “be” contractions with a fun fishing theme. This is perfect to put in a literacy center for independent work or to do as a class. The contraction is matched to the contraction words on the mat, which comes in a full color and low ink color version. Now includes worksheets to do as matches are made on the mat! This game mat can also be mounted inside of a file folder to make a file folder game for "be" contractions.

The Triple Ice Cream Scoop alphabetical order activity is a versatile and engaging resource that can be utilized as task cards or a SCOOT game, making it ideal for various learning settings. Fall or Autumn is here again. This high-quality bingo game offers a fun, active way to foster spelling, fall or autumn vocabulary, and listening skills. This is a great game for a whole-class activity, or to put in a classroom center for kids to work on in small groups.

• 60 calling cards, vocabulary words and the letter of the column they are in.

• Quick Look Key – laminate and mark off to keep track of which cards were called. Helps to quickly verify winners.

How it works:

The caller shuffles the calling cards to mix them up, then reads the top calling card. It has 2 parts:

   1. A spelling tip to help kids locate the column to look in. For example: "This word has the letter 'A' in it. This guides the player to look in the "A" column.

** Important Note: Because AUTUMN contains two of the Letter U, the caller must specify whether the word is in column U1 or U2. This difference is made clear on the top of the players' bingo cards, on the clue cards and on the Quick Look sheet. ***

   2. The definition or clue, required to find the vocabulary word.

When a player has covered 6 illustrations in a row horizontally, vertically or on a diagonal, they call out "Bingo!" and the caller checks their board.
