A quick fun way to get students talking about what they're grateful for this Thanksgiving season. Grab a spinner, attach it to the turkey and have the students take a spin. This is a simple activity for students to build and decorate their own turkeys! Students will need to cut out the shapes and feathers. Then they will need to glue the head to the body, and the feathers to the body also, adding whatever colors and designs they want!

This would be a great product for the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and to hang up around your classroom. You could also turn this into an adjectives activity by having students write adjectives to describe their families Thanksgiving celebrations on the feathers.
