This fun activity is great for your students the week before Thanksgiving break! We all know how things get crazy! Not only will they have fun working together or individually to solve the puzzle, but they will have the opportunity to practice reading latitude and longitude coordinate grid system (absolute location). Each moment is a teaching moment, and this will allow reinforcement of their map reading skills. They will use the absolute locations that are provided on the key and identify the points on the cordinate grid, drawing one line from one point to another. End the end, they have a photo to color and decorate!

If you are finding that the audio isn't working for you or your students, please use the link in the READ ME FIRST file to add the files directly to your Google Drive! Most districts will not allow someone outside of your district to share files with students. Some districts DO NOT allow audio that originated out of the district. If the link is not working for you please email me at TeachingWithCoffeeAndMascara@gmail.com so that I can send you the direct files.
This is not a zip file but instead a file in Google. You will need to have a google account to open this file. Inside you will find all of the items in either a pdf format or a google slide. TeachShare does NOT allow me to use subfolders to organize the items for you, please read the READ ME FIRST file to help you know what all is included in your download.
