This mystery puzzle is a self-checking matching activity. The students will match a vocabulary word that describes the correct conditional statement. I suggest using this as a warm-up, bell ringer, or exit ticket.

I used it as a sub-plan in eighth grade and the kids loved it. As they correctly answer the questions a mystery picture will be revealed.
Solutions are included in the second sheet.
Due to the limitations of Microsoft Excel functionality, this resource must be used in Google Sheets only at this time.
