Instrucciones:

Pídeles a tus estudiantes que se dibujen a sí mismos en el primer recuadro. En los cuadros siguientes, pídales que vuelvan a dibujarse a sí mismos, pero con un color o tono de piel diferente. This is a great sheet for following directions and coming up with a strategy to follow those directions. It checks reading comprehension and knowing left and right as well. I use it with 6th graders to show how important carefully following directions can be. It could easily be used with younger grades or possibly older grades as well.

This logic puzzle is a great way to enhance critical thinking skills and deductive reasoning! It's a great, fun activity for early finishers in older students, or to introduce as a class to younger kids.

This engaging educational activity helps students develop their understanding of main ideas and details. Students are given a colorful flower pot and four flowers with main ideas and corresponding details. By matching the main idea(center of the flower) to the correct petal details, students learn to identify the central theme of a topic and its supporting information. Using construction paper, students can create their own unique flowers by coloring, cutting, and pasting them together. This hands-on activity benefits students by enhancing their critical thinking and organization skills.Teachers can use this resource to reinforce main idea concepts in various subjects and promote creativity. This game is an absolute class favorite with my preschool yoga classes, and it's super easy to play! Pick a couple of yoga cards from the deck, hide them under the mats, and let the kids take turns picking colors. When they find a yogi, they get to try the pose.

What’s Included:

Recommendation: Print the product on cardstock and laminate the cards.

How to Play:

1. Place the printed yoga mats in front of you.

2. Say, “Turn around, turn around. Hide your eyes.”

3. Secretly hide 1-5 yoga pose cards under the mats while the children are facing away from you.

4. Have the children turn around to face you after you have hidden the cards.

5. Pick a child to go first and say, ”Yogi, yogi hiding under a mat. I wonder where you are at.” The child will then select a colored mat. Turn the mat over to reveal if there is a yogi hiding under the mat.

• If the child finds a yogi, the children will attempt the pose and the next child will then take his/her turn.
• If there is no yogi under the mat, the next child will take a turn.

6. The game continues until all the mats have been selected.
