This is such a fun superhero-themed learning activity that can be used in so many ways The superheros with numbers on them have flashcards with the corresponding number of superheros to match. This helps students practice one-to-one correspondence and number recognition.
There are superhero flashcards with both Uppercase and lowercase letters on them. The lowercase letters have a blue border on them. The Uppercase letter borders are red. This helps students start learning and matching the correct letters together as well as learn the difference between what an Uppercase and lowercase letter is. There are #2 sets of each shape flashcard. This helps students start recognizing and matching shapes together. I would print and laminate these for better durability.

Frog and Toad Are Friends poke cards are a great independent, partner or guided reading group comprehension activity. Frog and Toad Are Friends is a just right beginning chapter book for my second grade students. Students in my small groups quickly make connections to the characters and their unique friendship. The poke cards are self checking. After reading each chapter, students will answer each question by selecting one of three choices. Using a pencil, straw, or pipe cleaner, students will poke through the hole to choose their answer. The correct answer will have a mark above or around the hole. The poking process quickly engages the students and provides immediate feedback to them. Cards have chapter titles on them for ease of organization. Teacher Preparation: -Print on card stock for durability. -Using a hole punch, at each * punch a hole. -Identify the correct answer and draw a circle around the hole or mark an X above the hole. -Laminate for durability.

Clothes Pin Clip Task Cards | Letter & Number Matching | Pumpkin Task Cards

Clothespin Clip Cards | Letter Match Activity | Pumpkin-Themed:
These task cards are a great fall-themed learning activity. There are both pumpkin-themed letter cards as well as number cards.
Each letter task card has an Uppercase letter on the pumpkin as well as #3 different lowercase letters on the right side of the card to choose from. Your students will then clip a clothespin on the correct lowercase letter that matches the letter on the pumpkin. This is a great fine motor activity as well as a great way to practice matching Uppercase and lowercase letters together.
Number Clothespin Count & Match Activity | Pumpkin-Themed:
Each pumpkin-themed number card has a different amount of pumpkins from 1-10 on each one. The students will count how many pumpkins are on each task card and then attach a clothespin to the matching number on the right.
