This is a printable retelling of the classic "Gingerbread Man" story, that can be used on felt boards or flannel boards. Simply cut out the illustrations and glue flannel or velcro to the back. (You may want to laminate your illustrations so that they are more durable).

A written story is included so that you can read along as you put the illustrations on your flannel board.

Owl At Home poke cards are a great independent, partner or guided reading group comprehension activity. The poke cards are self checking. Students will answer the question by selecting one of three choices. Using a pencil, straw, or pipe cleaner, students will poke through the hole to choose their answer. The correct answer will have a mark above or around the hole. The poking process quickly engages the students and provides immediate feedback to them.
