Letter sound fluency is an important foundational skill for reading success. This low prep activity gives students a quick and engaging way to practice and improve their letter sound fluency.

This bundle includes 5 different sets of letter sound fluency strips for a total of 90 strips. The dinosaur and worm sets feature the letters a, b, c, f, i, m, n, p, s, and t and can be used to begin developing fluency before all letter sounds are introduced and mastered. The fish, grasshopper and bear sets include all letters of the alphabet. Simply print, cut apart, and laminate the fluency strips. Students point to one animal along the path at a time and say the letter sound.

Suggested Uses:

Each color by word puzzle features 4 to 6 CVC words for a vowel family in two difficulty levels for 10 puzzles total. These fun superhero themed puzzles include a cape, a girl superhero, a boy superhero, a shield, and a lightening bolt.

I've included both a picture clue set and a word clue set for each puzzle. In the picture clue set, students look at the picture of the word and then find the corresponding word to color.
