These silent E, long vowel (A- Silent E, I-Silent E, O- Silent E and U- Silent E) reading comprehension passages provide two versions of each passage: one fill-in-the-blank version and one multiple choice version. Get your students up and moving with this fun Hopscotch Math activity! Digital and printable version are included.

Draw a hopscotch board on the sidewalk. Toss bean bags (a folded pair of socks works too!) on to two numbers. Write the numbers in the boxes and solve the equation. Then hop to the numbers to get the bean bags and begin again!

For the digital version, type the numbers into the text boxes.

If you do not have sidewalk chalk, they can pick two numbers from the hopscotch image included on the worksheets. Alternatively, they can use a pack of playing cards (numbers only) to draw numbers.

Super adorable gingerbread themed emotion mats. Perfect for younger students, students with special needs, and nonverbal students. Great for fine motor skill practice as well. Students will get to draw in 6 different emotions. They'll get to identify how they are feeling as well and draw it out. Great for early finishers, morning work, 1:1's, etc.

Apple Themed Play-doh Mats:

This bundle includes both alphabet and number play-doh mats. The alphabet play-doh mats include Uppercase and lowercase letters as well as a sentence and picture of an item that each letter starts with. This helps students start recognizing the different sounds each letter makes.

The number play-doh mats also have a ten frame for students to practice counting and one-to-one correspondence.

I would print and laminate these play-doh mats for better durability.

This is a great card game to help introduce and reinforce learning about money and counting amounts.

HOW TO PLAY

1.Simply pass out the cards to all the players individually.

2.Encourage everyone to sit in a circle.

3.Pick one player to go first.

4.They are to read one of their cards. For example “I have 5 dollars. Who has 2 dollars?”

5.The next person who has the 2 dollars card reads their card and so forth.

6.Play continues until all of the cards are read.

7.If you want to make this more challenging, you can time the game and see if you can break your own record!

Simply cut, laminate and keep these cards for a long time! There are a total of 24 cards.

This is all about making learning about money fun!
