While reading this book and answering these questions, students will learn about bad/unhealthy habits, healthy habits, being nervous, self confidence, low self confidence, high self confidence, feeling lonely and depressed/sad, teasing, and breaking unhealthy habits. I used this resource with one of my guided reading groups. They work for the most part independently and are given a to do list and an activity packet to do throughout the week. The last thing I had students do was have them create a basic travel brochure to Mexico using the things they learned.
