This math notebook is full of guided notes for all 5th grade math standards. A great way to introduce new concepts, or review for state testing. This Phases of Matter Interactive Book has students work through figuring out what a solid, liquid, and gas is and what is needed for a phase change! Students are prompted to use past knowledge to learn form their own definitions of solid, liquid, and gasses! Then, they can use the short reading to learn about the properties of each phase! At the end, students can create the template to make their very own comic about the phases of matter!

These are a few math support sheets for upper elementary! What is included is a name tag sheet (w/ a number line, clocks, 3D shapes, and a multiplication chart), decimal place value chart, base 10 blocks, unit fractions, equivalent fractions, keywords for word problems, and 2D shapes.
