ELA - Reading Fluency Self-Assessment - Junior/Intermediate

Beyond the primary grades teachers often seem to forget about checking students reading fluency. This is a simple to use form for students to provide themselves a self-feedback on their read aloud fluency. File states to use Audacity (a free download online) but other recording programs/devices may be used - this is just a personal choice/what is available on our school computers.
