Editable Student Name Tags

I have been using these name badges in my classroom for the past 3 years. I love the feedback I get from Substitute Teachers when they tell me how much they appreciate having students names at the ready. Where to keep them:

I keep mine attached to student cubby bins so that they know where to find their stuff at the beginning of the year when we are just getting accustomed to the new classroom.

How to use the name tags:

-Open the file

-Fill in Teacher name and room number on the first slide

-Immediately click on the slide, right click, and duplicate slide so you have enough cards for your number of students

-Now fill in student names, copy, cut, and laminate

-using a hole punch make two holes just below the top line side by side

-slip through a snap clip so students can clip the tags to their clothes

Directions:

• Label each of the four corners of your room with signs for the following: Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree.
