For first time BOOM Card™ users, the resource comes with an explanation of how to assign the cards to your class, and has lots of useful links to support you using the activity.

Both activities follow a similar format, with slight variances to the BOOM Cards version to allow the resource to be digital and self-marking.

In Task 1 students will read an informational text about Christmas and then find their way through a maze by answering true or false comprehension questions. If they answer the questions correctly they will reveal their first word.

In Task 2 students will complete a crossword puzzle by answering ten questions. Answering these questions correctly will reveal some hidden letters which need to be unscrambled to reveal the second word.

In Task 3 students will sort 27 timeline task cards about famous holidays, putting them in order from the earliest date in the year to the latest. When they have finished their third word will be revealed.

In Task 4 students will have to find the missing words in a wordsearch puzzle before finding a hidden word from the letters that are left over in the puzzle. This hidden word is their fourth and final word.

This document contains 9 sets of irregular past tense verbs. It reviews 72 different irregular past tense verbs in total. Inside each set, there are matching, sorting, and filling in the missing verb activities. This is a great resource to have students complete as a Do Now, Bellringer, or review before class.

This resource is a back to school digital escape room that has three rooms with 10 codes to decipher in each. Students will use a pigpen cipher, emoji code and letter wheel to solve 30 total coded words that are all school related. Let your 6th-grade students practice while having fun with these engaging operations with fractions mystery picture activities. These mystery picture activities will be a great way to review your lesson. In each deck, students will solve 80 operations (20 additions, 20 subtractions, 20 multiplications, 20 divisions). As they correctly answer the questions a mystery picture will be revealed.

It includes operations with proper and improper fractions and no negatives.
