J'ai créé cette collection de cartes flash pour travailler la reconnaissance des opérations et se concentrer sur le vocabulaire utilisé. Comme elle se concentre uniquement sur le vocabulaire et inclut aucun chiffre, cette collection de cartes flash est utile pour les élèves à partir du CM1 4e année) et pour ceux qui ont du mal à faire la distinction entre les opérations.

J'utilise ces 27 cartes "J'ai... Qui a ?" une fois que mes élèves sont familiarisés avec les nombres décimaux et sont à l'aise avec les dixièmes, les centièmes et leur valeur de position avec les nombres décimaux.

Si vous n'êtes pas familier, les jeux de cartes "J'ai... Qui a?" sont des activités en grand groupe qui renforcent leur capacité à lire et à dire ce qu'il y a sur les cartes. C'est une excellente activité de révision avant l'évaluation et je l'utilise actuellement avec mes élèves de 5e et 6e année ; mais il pourrait facilement être utilisé en 7e année comme échauffement ou rappel.

Dans ce document de 7 pages, vous trouverez :

• Explication du jeu et comment démarrer avec des exemples.
• 27 cartes pré-créées (9 cartes par feuille) comportant des nombres décimaux représentés dans des grilles en dixièmes et centièmes (jusqu'à 1) y compris les cartes "début" et "fin". Pour la partie "J'ai..." de la carte, les élèves ont une grille, et pour la partie "Qui a..." de la carte, les élèves ont une forme décomposée écrite en mots, en utilisant les termes dixièmes et centièmes.
• 1 page avec des modèles de cartes vierges (avec mini grilles vides) à créer si vous avez plus de 27 élèves dans votre classe, si vous souhaitez permettre à vos élèves de créer leur propre version du jeu (j'enseigne une classe combinée, et je laisse mes 6 travailler sur ce projet ensemble pendant que je travaille en petits groupes et que je donne des instructions avec mes 5).

J'imprime ce document recto sur du papier 8,5 "x 11", je le découpe et je le plastifie pour l'utiliser année après année.

It's Tic-Tac-Toe... but with math!

Students can practice factoring quadratics in this player vs player game.

Problems randomly generated are a FACTORABLE quadratic every time. Includes possible negative a's, b = 0, c = 0. It also includes problems where students may have to factor out a GCF first. No solutions need Quadratic Formula to find. No two sheets will be the same because the problems are completely randomly generated within the constraints.

Features:

* Runs anywhere Google Sheets can run.

*Three levels. a = 1, a is prime, a can be composite

* Computer generates unlimited problems, runs the game, and knows when students are right or wrong.

* Students are given 10 questions. The first to answer all 10 correct, picks the square.

* Computer checks the answers and knows when someone wins!

* Students can use their own avatars or take from 7 supplied.

In this version, answers must be completely factored and in an acceptable format for the computer to mark it correct. This means negative leading coefficients and GCFs MUST be factored and placed in front. Each factor MUST have parentheses around them, even they are a monomial (The order of these factors don't matter). There MUST be no spaces in your answer.

NOTE: This sheet contains a script that needs your okay to run. A warning message will pop-up. The script is written in Google App Script and is safe. The script modifies only its own sheets and nothing else. You can view the script through the Extensions-> App Script

These math puzzles are great for students to practice multiplication, division, and finding patterns! This can act as a test review, an extra credit, or a finisher from when students finish their work early!

These number line problems range from extremely accessible to very challenging for even my highest students. They gradually take students through different rational number concepts and strategies while working on a number line. This really helped my 6th graders better understand the magnitude of fractions, mixed numbers and decimals and how to place numbers on the positive and negative side of the number line. It promoted great discussions in the student groups.

It includes 4 pages of student worksheets or thin slicing problems with an answer key.

These random grouping cards contain 120 sets of matching cards to use for random grouping. Each set has 3 cards that are equivalent for students to find their random group for the day. This is a total of 360 cards for you to choose from or change throughout the year.
