This lesson has everything you need to teach a "Thin Slicing" lesson on defining the domain and range of a function from a graph. Students will learn how to write the domain and range from a graph using both set notation and interval notation. This lesson with printable task cards uses Building Thinking Classrooms strategies for teaching math created by Peter Liljedahl.
