Winter-themed Classroom Door Decoration Bulletin Board
By Rebekah Poe Teaching
Print each letter and the numbers for your classroom. The small snowflakes are included as printables. The larger snowflakes I created by folding a piece of anchor chart paper and cutting randomly. Youtube has many tutorials for creating paper snowflakes. It would also be fun to allow your students to create their own snowflakes for the door.
Fonts are KG Blank Space and Hello Sip Medium.
Print on colorful cardstock in whichever color you choose.

Based on ability level, students can use the single tens frame and the number cards to represent a given number using manipulatives. Students who are ready for more of a challenge can roll dice to create an addition problem and use the tens frames to represent and solve the addition problem using manipulatives.

**Best to print on cardstock**
To print, open as an image. Click print. Select wallet size and UNCHECK "fit picture to frame." Failure to uncheck this box will result in a cropped image. Choose the number of images to print. Hole punch and slip onto the clip on the cap of you INK JOY pen!
Please note the discoloration in the "live shot." My printer was out of yellow ink and I wasn't aware. Image will print as shown in the first picture.... as long as you have yellow ink ;)

The Snowmen's Day- Adding Single Digits to 10
By Rebekah Poe Teaching
Students will create a book about how ten snowmen spent their day! Each page shows a way to make ten. Rhyming sentences show how different groups of snowmen do different things, but each time, all ten are together. With three differentiated versions, there is sure to be one to fit the needs of each of your students. Students can draw their own snowmen in the boxes on the pages, color in the correct number of snowmen in each box, or color in an errorless version. Students can also use manipulatives to count out snowmen instead of drawing or match the manipulative to the picture. At the bottom of each page, students will be able to write in the equation that equals ten.
