Gingerbread Matching Game | Letters - Numbers - Shapes | Christmas Activities
By Morgan Jeffries
Gingerbread Matching Game - Letters, Shapes, & Numbers - Christmas Theme - Winter Activities:
This is such a fun Christmas learning activity that can be used in so many ways.
The gingerbread with numbers on them have flashcards with the corresponding number of gingerbreads to match. This helps students practice one-to-one correspondence and number recognition.
There are gingerbread flashcards with both Uppercase & lowercase letters on them. The lowercase letters have a red border on them. The Uppercase letter borders are green. This helps students start learning and matching the correct letters together as well as learn the difference between what an Uppercase & lowercase letter is. There are #2 sets of each shape flashcard. This helps students start recognizing and matching shapes together.
I would print and laminate these for better durability.
List Of Flashcards Included In This Package:
Numbers 1-10
(with flashcards that have the correct number of gingerbread men to match each number. This helps students practice counting and one-to-one correspondence)
Capital Letters A-Z
Lowercase Letters a-z
Shapes:
(two of each for matching purposes)
Square Triangle
Rectangle Circle
Star Heart
Hexagon Pentagon
Diamond Oval
Octagon
