Emotions are BIG in preschool classrooms and at home! In order to learn and grow, children first need to be able to express how they feel and why they feel that way. Placing an emphasis on social emotional learning will help equip your students with skills to become better learners and ultimately better people. This learning unit has been designed with children aged 3 to 4 years old in mind, and contains 10 games, drawing activities and crafts to engage learners**.**
Play and Purposes Feelings unit focuses on:
- Using picture books to share real life examples of how we can understand and express our emotions
- Practicing expressing feelings individually, in pairs, small groups, and as a whole class
