One option is to practice writing the week's words by tracing and copying the word (pages 23 to 26), while the second option is to try to formulate sentences and be creative with the word of the day, as half of the sheet is left blank to let the student creatively draw the word or illustrate the sentences they wrote above (pages 19 to 22).

This activity works with the 16 frequently used words from module 6 of the HMH Kindergarten program.

• Module 1 has only 4 words.
• Modules 2 through 3 consist of 12 words each
• Modules 4 to 9 consist of 16 words each.

Every module is 4 weeks long and the program consists of 9 modules (36 weeks).

Each word will be worked on in 9 different ways:

• Reading the word, its sounds, and syllables.

Upon acquiring this resource, you will receive 1 PDF file of 26 pages to work on the 16 words of Module 8. Each word has its front page, and there are two different options for the back of the page.
