Students will respond to books they have read using these reading response forms. These reading response forms can tie in nicely with almost any fiction/nonfiction book. This can be used with students in grades kindergarten, 1st grade, or 2nd grade. These sheets help students be accountable as students show what they can comprehend through writing or drawing. You can differentiate instruction by choosing the response sheets that best meet the needs of your students.
