This is a great practice of finding the student's voice. They get a writing prompt that explains that they are in charge of finding a new mascot for Easter. They get to brainstorm some ideas for a new Easter Bunny. Then they can use their graphic organizer to format their opinions and why their mascot would be a good choice. Once they have finished the graphic organizer, they can then continue the writing process and write out their essay. Included in this download is a writing prompt, 2 graphic organizers, choose which one works best for your needs. Then there are 4 different writing pages. 2 have titles already on them, 2 have a place where students can draw a little picture.

Venn Diagrams show the relationship between two ideas. A venn diagram can have two or more circles. When the circles overlap, the venn diagram shows the similarities between the two or more ideas. Step into the world of words and imagine a picture of your student's favorite room! This activity provides 2 engaging graphic organizers to describe their room through descriptive details.

Option 1: Fill-the-House (Ideal for visual learners and those who like a structured approach)
This graphic organizer provides a house outline with designated sections for your favorite room. Here's what your students will explore within each section:

• The Room: Write the name of their favorite room (e.g., bedroom, playroom, etc.).
• Sight: Describe what they see. Specific details like furniture, decorations, or the view outside the window.
