This articulation resource was created in order to help Speech Language Pathologists target initial /s/, final /s/, and medial /s/ at the word, sentence, and conversational level. This will encourage generalization and carryover of sounds in speech for the phonological process of stopping and for frontal lisps and lateral lisps. We know that "s" can be a very difficult sound, so let's make it fun to practice. Research shows that children learn much quicker while engaged in play. This is the perfect game to help our students produce their sounds more quickly.

This is a great resource to use when children are stuck at the word level of a sound. Students will be very motivated to produce their sounds in these silly sentences.

Are your students struggling with main idea and supporting details or just Listening skills in general?  The secret to getting the main idea is to teach the student to identify the topic, and then teach the student to identify what the purpose of the narrative was (Entertain/ Inform/ Persuade/ Instruct).

Adaptive Books with a fall prepositions theme cover a variety of prepositions (in, on, around, behind, beside, above, and under. This set of adapted books includes four books!

Two books require your students to follow the directions to put icons in the correct place. Each book has eight different pictures to place appropriately in the book. Irregular verb flashcards with the forms of past simple and past participle. Picture rhymes make drilling 76 irregular verbs more fun and less effort, great for teaching correct pronunciation. A perfect resource for dyslexic students. I use them in my EFL classes but I'm sure they would also work great in speech therapy sessions. This is an ink friendly version, should you prefer more colour, check out my store.

I teach classes with a high concentration of dyslexic students. With their limitations in mind, I created flashcards that cater to their abilities. With my students these flashcards work like a charm. I find that their ability to recollect the correct forms of past simple and past participle has greatly improved. I recommend starting with the larger flashcards. Once your students are familiar with the picture rhymes, use the smaller flashcards that contain just the infinitive and pictures rhymes.
