School/Homeschool Attendance Tracker (Checked Boxes)

If you need an easy way to keep track of your students'/children's attendance for the year, have to submit to your state for homeschool renewal, or for your personal records, I have created this simple attendance tracking log. All you need to do is put in your students'/children's name, school/academy) grade, and track attendance for each month of the school year by checking off boxes.
This has been created in Excel format, but can be downloaded to Google Slides.

Using these attendance and hours sheets, you can simply plug in the number of hours you school each day. At the end of the month, tally up each your days and hours you have written. You can print and write on these or I have provided option to fill in on the computer as well. I have offered several versions depending, on your calendar year.

Password & Username Log Template

With the template, you will be able to easily keep track of your current websites, usernames, passwords, date you changed passwords, and date in 3 months that you will need to change passwords again.
