Free Trigonometry Resources

An activity to discover the properties of the graphs of sine and cosine. Print off the circle and horizontal axis for each student. Enlarge to A3 if you want to make a display afterwards. You just need to provide some spaghetti and glue.

This is great for teaching trigonometry for angles greater than 90 and visualising the shape of the sine and cosine curves. My students particularly enjoy this one and hope yours do to.

Using sine, cosine and tangent functions with right angled triangles. This resource gets students to recognise the hypotenuse, opposite and adjacent sides. This also get students practising using the calculator to use both the trig functions and their inverses.
