Felt-boards (or flannel boards) are a fabulous method of sharing music and rhythm with children by using visual props along with songs. My collection of songs and poems will help you to use your felt-board to its fullest potential. Engage students with a fun Letter Q Write the Room activity, where they find, identify, and record objects starting with the letter Q! Ideal for young learners practicing letter recognition.

Contents:
This Letter Q Write the Room Activity includes 12 images that begin with the letter Q, such as "quilt" and "queen." Students will find these images spread around the classroom and use one of the four recording sheets to track their discoveries. Two recording sheets are designed with images for early learners, while two feature primary lines for writing practice. The set also includes word walls in two forms—cut-out strips for notebooks or the classroom and a poster with images and their names. A glossary of words provides simple definitions, and a writing prompt encourages students to share their favorite letter Q word.

Teach kids the "Good" of Good Friday. Jesus came to save! All the sad and painful things He had to go through were all a part of God's plan to save us! He willingly followed this plan, all the way to the cross.

Good Friday can be a difficult lesson to teach littles, so I created this lesson to give you plenty of material to teach them the "Good" news of Good Friday.

I provided many options so you can decide how detailed you like to teach the cross and what images you would like to use.

This lesson tells all Jesus went through to save us from the garden of Gethsemane to the high priest, to Pontius Pilate, to the soldiers mistreating Him, to the cross, and then to the grave. Throughout it all, I reinforce- We know Jesus could have stopped them, but He trusted in God’s plan to save us. He knew this was the only way. I also include that He came back alive.
