Students will read and write word problems, write equations, draw models and solve. This assessment covers OA.1, OA.2, OA.6, OA.7, OA.8, OA.9, MD.7, and NBT.3. You can use this as a pre/post assessment.

This is a program used for behavior management & tracking and can be extremely helpful for students and educators. This weekly log is easy to use and ideal for creating goals, charting progress, and sharing student data with parents. It includes two main versions with smiley faces for lower elementary and a point system for upper elementary. • This resource consists of one passage titled “Reading Boy” with six differentiated question worksheets (Multiple-Choice, Short Answer, and Short Response) to help you differentiate for students of ALL levels. Three of the worksheets require students to use evidence/details from the passage to support ideas. Worksheets come in different formats. ANSWER KEYS for all worksheets are included!

Level Complexity:

• Question Worksheets range from basic comprehension questions (lower-level)

to inferential questions (higher-level).

• This can be used as a quiz, test, formative assessment, homework assignment, classwork assignment, or can even be used during guided practice!
