In this product, Reptiles and Amphibians Adapted Notes and Review, students will learn about reptiles, facts about them will be shared, what reptiles are, the temperature inside a reptile and amphibian's body, facts about amphibians, a life cycle of an alligator, frog and salamander are included in this product. Students will then answer questions regarding each life cycle. Respiratory System Overview

The respiratory system is vital for gas exchange, allowing oxygen in and carbon dioxide out. Key components include:

1. Nose: Filters and moistens air.
2. Nasal Cavity: Conditions air and detects smells.
3. Pharynx: Connects respiratory and digestive pathways.
4. Larynx: Houses vocal cords and protects the trachea.
5. Trachea: Conducts air to the bronchi, lined with cilia.
6. Bronchi: Branches into each lung, further dividing into smaller passages.
7. Bronchioles: Lead to alveoli, where gas exchange occurs.
8. Lungs: Main organs for gas exchange, containing alveoli.
9. Diaphragm: Muscle that facilitates breathing by changing lung volume.

Photosynthesis is the method through which green plants and some other organisms convert light energy into chemical energy. In green plants, light energy is absorbed during photosynthesis and utilized to transform water, carbon dioxide, and minerals into oxygen and organic compounds rich in energy.

It would be unthinkable to undervalue the significance of photosynthesis in sustaining life on Earth. If photosynthesis stopped, there would quickly be minimal food or other organic materials on Earth. The majority of organisms would vanish, and eventually Earth's atmosphere would be almost lacking in gaseous oxygen. The only organisms that could survive in such conditions would be chemosynthetic bacteria, which can harness the chemical energy from specific inorganic compounds and are therefore independent of light energy conversion.
