This Student Notebook can be used with or separate from the 90 Second Social Studies Amendments

The notebook includes a list of the 27 Amendments with room to write notes for each individual. A page of reflection questions for further study, and two extra pages of notes.

This worksheet challenges students to use perspective taking skills and answer questions about someone they care about. This is a great option for early finishers, review over Europe, an assignment that can be left for a substitute, or a worksheet that can be quickly copied and distributed to students when you're in a pinch.

How to read Egyptian Hieroglyphics:

In this activity students will practice the direction in which Egyptian Hieroglyphics are read. Students will learn that Egyptian Hieroglyphics are read in different directions based on different situations. Students will then work their way through a maze based on the information they learn.

There are two different versions of the same maze, one has just one type of hieroglyphics and the other has five types.

This is a great activity for bell ringers, early finishers, or wrapping up an Egyptian unit.

Follow up questions which allow for students to make connections and increase rigor.
